STANDARD

Our standard cleaning services includes a thorough cleaning of all areas of your home. Our professional cleaners will dust, vacuum, mop all floors, clean surfaces, including changing linen sheets, and light fixtures. We'll also clean your bathrooms, kitchen, sinks, countertops, and appliances. We'll leave your home smelling fresh and clean.

DEEP CLEAN

Our deep cleaning services is a comprehensive cleaning of your home that goes beyond our standard cleaning service. Our professional cleaners will clean everywhere possible, including hard-to-reach areas that are often missed during regular cleaning.

MOVE INS/ MOVE OUTS

Our move in/move out cleaning services is perfect for those who are moving in or out of a home. We'll clean your home from top to bottom making sure that your home is in great condition for the next occupants.

Policy

DEPOSIT

$50 Nonrefundable Deposit Fee. You may reschedule appointment using the same deposit, if done within 24 hours of appointment.

Remaining balance is due upon arrival in cash, venmo, Zelle, or Paypal.

Additionally, we ask that you pay within 48 hours of your service to avoid a late fees of $5 per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule in short notice. In order to protect the income of our team and company, we'd like to avoid the inconvenience of a last minute reschedule. We ask that you please give us at least 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule services.

If you need to cancel within 48 hours your deposit will be kept and will be needed a new deposit for new date.


If we need to cancel in that 48 hour window we will refund the deposit, and apply $15 discount.

ADDED SERVICES

We are happy to provide cleaning services in addition to services generally provided for an added fee. We visit multiple jobs each day and count on being done at a certain time, so if there are extras to be added on we ask that you lets know in advance so we can schedule accordingly.

Add on’s:

inside refrigerator, oven, inside kitchen appliances, laundry, washing walls, windows, dishes, blinds, front and back patio.




Clients Expectations

  • Please remove all items, clothing, toys, dirty dishes in sink ,etc. that may interrupt with cleaning.
  • If you have valuable objects, please secure them away to avoid incidents.
  • We ask that no one is home during the cleaning, as it causes distraction and may slow us down. That way we are able to clean more thoroughly and to your satisfaction. It also avoid causing any accidents of tripping over vacuum cords, kids touching cleaning chemicals, etc. We understand that in some cases, this can't be applied. If this is the case please ensure the person is not in the way of our cleaners.
  • We love your furry friends and are happy to do what we can accommodate them while providing our services. However if they are anxious or aggressive, we ask that you please keep them in an area that isn't being serviced or take them with you. We reserve the right to skip over an area or item if we feel threatened in any way by your pet.
  • We will do our absolute best to keep them inside when coming and going, but are not responsible if they escape while we are doing so.

Privacy

We prioritize your privacy and do not disclose your personal information with any third parties aside from those necessary to run our operations such as our booking services.

We may, however take photos to document and promote our work unless you have instructed to us in writing that you do not want us to do so, We will never have any photos that disclose your identity or where you are located.

We are happy to accommodate your cleaning needs in some holidays. However, please note that we will not be available to clean past a certain time. We will not be available to clean during regular hours. Please note that we will not be working at all on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.

What are your rates?

Our pricing is completely individual. We've learn that every home is a unique as the people living there.. We base our pricing on many factors, including the presence of clutter, pet hair, even your lifestyle. Please contact us to get a free quote.

Do I need a Deep Clean?

We highly recommend a Deep Clean for the first time customers or customs who haven't had a professional clean in the last few months.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment?

Yes, we provide our cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment. But if you prefer us to use your equipment, we are happy to do so.

Do you clean homes just once, or do you have long term cleaning?

We let the customers decide what works best for them. Which we tend to see most of our customers prefer bi-weekly, cleans on a regular scheduled day. We also have monthly customers.
